Hi,

I've created the page and put in an initial mission, vision, and strategic plan based on what we discussed this morning. I've included headings for tactics and operational metrics since we discussed those today, but they don't necessarily need to be dealt with now. My goal is to have a complete first version of this document by the final meeting of this semester.
