To use this program, please first load the module with

ml Phenix/1.19.2-4158-foss-2019b-Rosetta-2021.16.61629

This program has a graphical interface. Please refer to X Desktop Sessions in Open OnDemand.

To run this program in an interactive session using the graphical front end:

1. Start an X Desktop Session via Open OnDemand
2. Open the Terminal application in your X Desktop session (icon at the bottom of the Desktop or via the "Applications" button in the top left)
3. ml Phenix/1.19.2-4158-foss-2019b-Rosetta-2021.16.61629
4. source $PHENIXHOME/phenix_env.sh
5. phenix
