A UGA faculty member may request a computing lab with us by providing the following information on our Accounts Form:
    Your Name
    Email Address (primary account where GACRC's notifications will be sent)
    Phone Number
    Your MyID
    Department Name
    Department Number (3-digit)
    Please let us know if you need a user account yourself e.g., "user account = No"
By applying for a group account, the Principal Investigator is agreeing that all users will abide by the UGA Policies on the Use of Computers.
