Description

PHENIX stands for Python-based Hierarchical ENvironment for Integrated Xtallography and it is a software suite for the automated determination of molecular structures using X-ray crystallography and other methods. For more information, please see https://www.phenix-online.org/

To use this program, please first load the module with 

ml Phenix/1.19.2-4158-foss-2019b-Rosetta-2021.16.61629
