Running Program

The last version of this application is at trinity

To use this version, please load the module with

Here is an example of a shell script, sub.sh, to run on the batch queue:

#PBS -S /bin/bash
#PBS -N j_trinity
#PBS -q batch
#PBS -l nodes=1:ppn=1:AMD
#PBS -l walltime=8:00:00
#PBS -l mem=10gb
#PBS -M username@uga.edu
#PBS -m abe

cd $PBS_O_WORKDIR
ml

In the real submission script, at least all the above underlined values need to be reviewed or to be replaced by the proper values.

Here is an example of job submission command:
