Mathematica License

Done: Have to document presence and invocation of mathematica.

Done: Want to find out if we can prevent users needing to specify "use zhead as license server".

Shan-Ho doc'd it, and she and PB agreed that having screen shots would be nice, but that the text which describes how a user can "activate" Mathematica was appropriate and sufficient as is. PB 9/28/2013
