Running Program

The last version of this application is at trinity

Here is an example of a shell script, sub.sh, to run on at the batch queue:

#PBS -S /bin/bash
#PBS -N j_<!-- NAME BEGIN -->trinity<!-- NAME END -->
#PBS -q batch
#PBS -l nodes=1:ppn=1:AMD
#PBS -l walltime=480:00:00
#PBS -l mem=10gb

cd $PBS_O_WORKDIR

Here is an example of job submission command:
