Here is an example of a shell script, sub.sh, to run on at the batch queue:

1. !/bin/bash
2. SBATCH --job-name=j_trinity
3. SBATCH --partition=batch
4. SBATCH --mail-type=AIL
5. SBATCH --mail-user=username@uga.edu
6. SBATCH --ntasks=1
7. SBATCH --mem=10gb
8. SBATCH --time=08:00:00
9. SBATCH --output=trinity.%j.out

cd $SLURM_SUBMIT_DIR cd $PBS_O_WORKDIR ml [options]

Here is an example of job submission command:

sbatch ./sub.sh
